Some of my information is incorrect - what should i do?

If you need to change the name, address or contact information that we hold for you, then please give us a call on 0333 321 8566 and enter your account reference number when prompted.  If you prefer to email us instead, contact  customerservicespf@closebrothers.com quoting your agreement number, details to be changed and a contact telephone number just in case we need to speak with you about this.

Please note that changes to personal information may also impact your insurance policy and monthly repayments - so it's important that you contact your insurance broker to discuss this with them too.
