I want to cancel my credit agreement
If you think that you would like to cancel your insurance policy or credit agreement, please first contact your insurance broker to talk things through. (You will be able to find your insurance broker’s contact information on your insurance policy and any communications sent by them).
Once we receive a cancellation request from your insurance broker, we will cancel your credit agreement and confirm this in writing to you.
I'm worried I might miss a payment in the future, what should I do?

Or email us at [email protected], if you think you are going to miss a payment along with a contact telephone number. We understand when customers are worried about future payments and will do our best to support you.
