View our opening hoursYes, if we are notified that the collection has been unsuccessful and the Direct Debit mandate is valid, our systems will automatically try to retake the missed payment. You’ll receive a letter from us to tell you the date that we’ll reattempt collection of the Direct Debit. If we hold valid bank details on the agreement a representation will be set 9 days later. These dates will be confirmed on your arrears letter.
