    Changes to future finance agreements

    Due to some business changes, a number of customers won’t be able to take out finance agreements with Close Brothers to cover the cost of their insurance policies in the future. This change will not happen immediately, and we will be working with brokers over the next 6-12 months to organise a smooth transition. This does NOT impact any current finance agreements OR existing insurance policies.

    How do I change my payment dates?

    You can do this via the client portal here.

     

    If you do not have access to the portal, please call us on 0333 321 8566 and enter your agreement number when prompted. Please note you are only able to amend your payment dates by 14 calendar days, from the original dates. if you require your payment dates to be moved further than this please contact your insurance broker for further information.
