Important update
    Changes to future finance agreements

    Due to some business changes, a number of customers won’t be able to take out finance agreements with Close Brothers to cover the cost of their insurance policies in the future. This change will not happen immediately, and we will be working with brokers over the next 6-12 months to organise a smooth transition. This does NOT impact any current finance agreements OR existing insurance policies.

    How do I change my bank details?

    You can amend your bank details by calling us on 0333 321 8566 and entering your agreement number when prompted. Your agreement number is a 10 digit reference that can be found on your credit agreement/welcome pack. Normally starting with a 50. If you are the sole signatory to the bank details you will be able to call us on 0333 321 8566 and update this. Alternatively you may email us at customerservicespf@closebrothers.com requesting a direct debit mandate form , which you can fill out and return to the same email.
