What has been your biggest achievement in the last month?
In the last month, my biggest achievement has been successfully migrating premium-finance cloud applications to a new cloud environment
What has been the biggest challenge you have overcome in the last month?
A major issue for us was that our deployment steps involved many manual tasks. Introducing terraform allowed for the automation of deployment, eliminating unreliable and slow manual tasks and enabling the release of complex applications within a reasonable timeframe.
What are you looking forward to in the upcoming months?
We will have migrated all premium-finance cloud applications to the new platform in the coming months. This will provide us with a great opportunity to realise cost savings.
What are your aspirations for the future at Close Brother Premium Finance?
I am interested in making our customer applications the best that they can be for our customers and for ourselves. This means good application design but also lower cost of ownership.
