This interactive modular programme is based on behavioural psychology to help improve the commercial performance of sales employees, providing them with the confidence and skills to help meet the needs of both new and existing clients.
Led by one of our experienced sales trainers, our interactive programme is tailored to the particular needs of you and your sales teams.
Aimed at individuals in client facing roles. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Short modular training, lasting no more than 90 minutes. Including online training ideal for no more than six employees or face-to-face training for between three to 12 employees.
We offer online or face-to-face training to brokers based in the UK and Ireland.
Completing all the modules in our complimentary service, including the Financial Awareness module, will contribute to 9.3 hours of CPD accreditation.

We found the training refreshing and inspiring. It was carried out in our own offices over the space of a couple of hours.
