Close Brothers Premium Finance wins multiple awards at the UK Employee Experience Awards 2016
Close Brothers Premium Finance (CBPF) beat off stiff competition, including LV=, at the UK Employee Experience Awards 2016 on Wednesday 5 May, scooping one GOLD and two SILVER awards.
CBPF was awarded GOLD in the Employee Engagement – Financial Services category in recognition of their outstanding employee engagement programme “Good to Great”. The initiative, which has delivered some incredible results, not only improved employee engagement scores across all areas but also contributed to an increase in the company’s Net Promoter Score and regular, excellent feedback from their brokers and customers.
Impressively CBPF also scooped SILVER awards in the ‘Best Use of Technology / Social Media’ and ‘Inspiring Team of the Year’ categories, proving their commitment to improve the employee experience and ultimately the service provided to their brokers and customers.
Alex Marsh, COO of Close Brothers Premium Finance said:
“These awards have underpinned our commitment to improve our service through our employees and I am so very pleased with such a fabulous result. For us to beat many large household brands and win GOLD for Employee Engagement in Financial Services is simply excellent, and something we can all be proud of. “
Now in their second year, the Employee Experience Awards recognise and reward outstanding achievement in employee experience across all sectors. The awards showcase the organisations, teams and individuals who are leading the way when it comes to delivering outstanding employee experience.
The winners were selected by a panel of judges made up of industry practitioners. During the morning finalists in each of the categories presented their entries to the judges. Winners were then announced during a celebratory lunch in the afternoon.
Congratulating the winners, Neil Copping, General Manager of Awards International, said: “We are truly inspired by all the best practice showcased at the UK Employee Experience Awards. We have seen many outstanding examples from companies who are doing amazing things in employee experience and as a result have reaped the benefits in terms of business growth, customer and employee engagement. Today gave us the opportunity to acknowledge those companies and celebrate with both the finalists and the winners.”
The Awards raised £3,000 for chosen charity Barnardo’s, via a raffle, and generous donations, to help support the UK’s most vulnerable children.
The UK Employee Experience Awards is presented in partnership with Customer Experience Magazine and Awards International.
