Our simple, secure document upload service for brokers is just part of our ongoing programme of technology-led service improvements across our product suite.

Brokers using non-Telesign are able to scan and upload a customer’s completed and signed credit agreement into i-prompt. This makes the submission and authorisation process much quicker as you do not have to return the documents by post; you can also upload multiple credit agreements in one go to expedite the process even more.

Giving our brokers the service you've asked for

Based on trials with brokers and market feedback, we know that electronic submission is what brokers need. We estimate that we will receive 90% of credit agreements electronically by the end of 2015. The service will support and fully complement our market leading i-prompt platform, our online processing system which provides brokers with 24x7 access, full integration with all major software houses and real-time management information.

Electronic signature for Telesign customers

Don't forget that we also offer an electronic signature functionality for customers using the paperless Telesign product. These customers can read and sign their credit agreement online using the improved quick two-step process, entering bank details and signing electronically.
