Launch of our employee wellness programme: Be Well, Be You

The wellness of our employees is of paramount importance to us, which is why Close Brothers Premium Finance and Close Brothers Retail Finance have launched a new initiative for 2018 for our colleagues in Wimbledon Bridge House: “Be Well, Be You”.







The programme kicked off yesterday with a launch week, featuring Mindgyms, yoga, a “zen-out zone”, a healthy cooking competition and a visit from a therapy dog. The launch week is aimed at showcasing and raising awareness of what the Group currently have in place to support employees’ wellness, but also incorporates some great activities and events to further support our colleagues, and raise awareness of issues such as mental well-being. 

The first day of “Be Well, Be You” launch week saw Sales Director Paul Trail and COO John Willmott handing out healthy goody bags to staff at our offices in Wimbledon.















“Our wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy, and happy. This is what we want each and every one of our employees to feel both in and out of the workplace; and we also want to ensure they have the right tools and support in place to help them bounce back and handle adversity in the most effective way,” said CEO Sharon Bishop.
