Close Brothers Premium Finance are finalists in the ECCCSAs

It is our great pleasure to announce that Close Brothers Premium Finance has been shortlisted in the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) 2017. Our Ignite Development Programme is in the running for the ‘Most Effective Learning and Development Programme’ award.

The Ignite programme was designed to engage the millennials within the business, and has contributed to significant improvements in employee engagement and career development scores in the biennial Employee Opinion Survey (EOS). Ignite was designed to aid individual growth within roles, through a 70-20-10 learning approach, and resulted in a majority of the cohort progressing in their careers.

The European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) are the largest and longest running awards in the customer contact industry. This year the awards will be held at Evolution in Battersea Park, London, on 28 November 2017.

Lisa Midgley, Learning & Development Business Partner at CBPF, who spearheaded the programme, said she was looking forward to the judging process and the awards ceremony.

“Here at Close Brothers Premium Finance, we are passionate in supporting our employees to develop and grow, which brings tangible benefits for the customers we service through our contact centre and for our organisation, and it’s great we’re being considered for this award,” she said.

We’re in good company, having been shortlisted alongside Acenden, Actavo, Aegon UK, AXA Insurance, MarketMakers Group, Sitel and Wiggle.
